Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since we received your package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned such as personalized products or paper magazines.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
To make a return, you must announce it from the returns centre available on the site.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision as to whether or not we will approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, please notify the returns centre or send us an e-mail to Info@urbnstreetwear.com.
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
To return a product, you must announce it to the returns center available on the site. Then you will receive all the necessary information to proceed with the return.
The return costs are entirely at our expense. In order to avoid any unnecessary waste of paper, the shipping slips will be sent to you by e-mail by our carriers as soon as your order is shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Although we provide a return label to return your order, the return procedure remains your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible if your package does not reach its destination.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
