Order and delivery

WHAT DELIVERY METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
The delivery methods and carriers used vary due to the variety of products offered on our shop and their specificities (weight, volume, etc...).
The majority of deliveries are made by private carrier within 1 to 3 days.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
You can check the progress of your order on the shipping email or by going to the order tracking. You will need to enter your order number or tracking number.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LATE?
Please contact customer service if the tracking indicates that the package is blocked, giving us as much information as possible about your delivery address.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we deliver worldwide! If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES?
Depending on the country, customs duties may be charged when your packages go through customs. Only customers residing in the European Union are exempt from customs duties. Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount of these fees outside the EU. These costs are therefore at the customer's expense.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order is shipped, it is normally not possible to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact customer service to cancel your order.

Payment Information

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept payment by credit card, Visa debit card and PayPal. Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.
ARE PAYMENTS SECURE?
Yes, payments are secure. We are never in possession of your bank details.

Returns and Refunds

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes, of course! You have 14 days from receipt of the package to report and return your package. You must return the products in their original condition, undamaged, washed or modified and in their original packaging. We make refunds within 14 days.

HOW TO RETURN MY PACKAGE?
Before returning an order, you must notify the Returns Centre. Then follow the advice to return the package.
ARE THE RETURN COSTS REFUNDED?
Yes, for all orders placed on our site, the return costs are entirely at our expense.

WHAT TO DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?
Upon receipt of your package, please check the condition of the packaging to ensure that it has not been damaged. If it has been damaged, please contact your carrier directly for a claim. If the product received is defective or damaged, do not send the package directly. Please send a photo to customer service as soon as possible and they will accompany you in the return.

WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?
We offer only one oversize size for all our products. In the description of each product, the dimensions of the product as well as the size of the mannequin are indicated. 
WILL BACKORDERED PRODUCTS COME BACK?
We are constantly trying to make you discover new products. This is why products that are out of stock will not be restocked unless they are in high demand.
